Burtree Puddings Sticky Toffee Pudding

We’ve tried a lot of sticky toffee puddings over the last decade but this is one of the best. It’s a multi award winner – Supreme Champion at the Great Taste Awards – so we’re not the only ones who appreciate its extremely light date sponge made with pure vanilla extract smothered with sticky toffee sauce. The ingredients are first class – eggs from the Burtree farm in Durham and cream from next door.
