Bramley & Gage Quince Liqueur

The Spanish serve quince jelly with manchego so it makes sense that this multi award-winning liqueur is perfect with a hunk of cheddar after a fine meal. The fruit used is the European Quince which produces aromas of dates and figs and a deliciously sweet liqueur akin to a dessert wine.
