According to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Trealy Farm Charcuterie make “the best artisan charcuterie in the UK”. High praise indeed. In our own taste tests we were knocked out by this French-style black pudding made with double cream and pure pedigree saddleback fat from a local herd. It has a slightly spiced, rich flavour that is quite irresistible.
