The Forman & Field Annual Catalogue 2010 – out soon!

We’re delighted to be introducing brilliant new producers like Emmett’s of Peasenhall ham, Montgomery Mutton and Simply Delicious Fruitcakes. Our Chef Lloyd has also been hard at work in our kitchens developing new recipes that we are very proud of. Look out for his Salmon Brochettes, Ham Hock Terrine and his own twist on a classic Victoria Sponge.

There are over 400 truly outstanding foods from small British producers included, the very best we could find in 12 months of searching. We’ve also listened to your suggestions and have introduced clear cooking instructions, more options for smaller parties and some of your favourite products from this year’s monthly Specials.

    I am dleighted the new 2010 catalogue is on its way – just one comment- why is a catalogue sent with every order?

    Seems unncessary?

    Thank you for your comment.

    It’s a very good point about the catalogues and for both environmental and indeed cost reasons it’s good for us to keep them to a minimum. At the same time we want to make sure everyone who orders can see the full range we offer and a lot of people receiving a delivery have only seen one of our smaller monthly ‘Specials’ catalogues or perhaps they’ve ordered from a press article or some such and not seen anything of our range.

    We’ll give this some thought and perhaps we can find a way of checking whether a customer wants a catalogue or not before including one in their order.
