Gamay is the grape they favour in Beaujolais so that should give an idea of what to expect from this light red wine full of fruity character. We love it served chilled on a warm summer eve. Maybe with a few nibbles on the side. A slice of saucisson, an olive or two, some roasted almonds. Bliss.
