  • >Order by 10am for next day delivery> An all time classic. Our ‘Welly’ is made by hand with prime fillet of Welsh beef - usually rare breed Welsh Black no less - wrapped in Savoy cabbage and chopped chestnut mushrooms in a light puff pastry. Easy to cook, delicious to eat.

• Cooking
  • Transfer to a greased baking tray. Place in a 200C oven for 8 minutes, then turn the oven down to 180C and cook for a furthur 6-8 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
• Storage
  • Fridge: Minimum 6 days, unopened
    Freezer: Not suitable for home freezing
