A glorious boned out Seldom Seen Farm goose prepared and stuffed here in the Forman & Field kitchens and pre cooked so all you need do is heat it through and crisp up the skin, no rising at dawn to get the bird in the oven. The stuffing is a tempting recipe of pork, apple and sage. Good value because, with no bones, nothing is wasted.
